Claims Submission: Any claims for incorrect, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product. For packages lost during transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Processing Claims: We aim to process claims promptly. Once a claim is verified as an error on our part, we will cover all associated costs at our expense. Please allow 5–7 business days for the resolution of your claim.
Exclusions: This return policy applies exclusively to Lei’s Real Talk products. Third-party promotional merchandises are subject to the brand’s return/exchange policy.
Limitations on Liability: Please note that our liability is limited to the replacement or correction of defective or incorrect items and does not extend to damages caused by improper use or unforeseen circumstances external to the manufacturing and shipping process.
